Correcting Forum Email Message Problems

If you follow the steps below to "White List" the "forum@mraircheck.com" address in your email service, but still have problems, please don't hesitate to Let Us Know!

White-List the mraircheck Forum Now While You’re Thinking about it!

Important: AOL doesn't like emails from lots of legitimate sources, so if your email address is @AOL, @Compuserve, @Netscape or any other domain that AOL owns, please know that if you don't receive messages from the Georgygirl's Grapevine Forum, it's most likely because AOL has zapped it. You may want to let AOL know if you don't get the expected email message from us.
It's possible that Brightmail are also blocking emails... if you have Brightmail as a spam filtering system (Hotmail, Earthlink, MSN, Yahoo and many others, please check carefully for email from forum@mraircheck.com, and if it doesn't arrive, contact your internet service provider.
If you don't hear from us, it's not because we're not here, it's because email is unreliable.
We sometimes receive emails complaining that our forum registration or other messenging services don't function, when it has nothing to do with our service and everything to do with spam blockers and ISP's that like to play God.
Ask your IPS (internet service provider, such as AOL, MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) to add this address to their white list:
forum@mraircheck.com

Use White-listing to Make Sure You Get Your Georgygirl's Grapevine Forum messages!

Unsolicited, unwanted advertising e-mail, commonly known as "spam", has become a big problem. It's reached such proportions that most e-mail services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have put some sort of blocking or filtering system in place or begun relying on self-proclaimed blacklists to tell the good guys from the bad.
We at mraircheck.com applaud their intention to protect you from spam, but everyone agrees that the current systems for stopping spam are far from a perfect solution. They often block e-mail that you've requested, but that fits somebody's idea of what spam looks like. The more responsible anti-spam activists are working hard to cut down on these "false positives", but in the mean time, you might unexpectedly find you're not getting the message(s) you're waiting for from the Grapevine Forum.
As it happens, there is something you can do to prevent your Georgygirl's Grapevine Forum messages from falling into the false positive trap.
You can fight the blacklists with a "white-list".

White-list us now, before your delivery is interrupted.

Of course, every e-mail system is different. Below are instructions for some of the more popular ones. If yours isn't here, please contact your ISP's customer service representatives for their instructions.
(Send a copy of the answer to us, and we might add it here!)
One vital thing you can do that helps no matter what e-mail system you're using is this...
Add this address to your address book:
forum@mraircheck.com
You don't want to send messages to that address as it is only a message forwarder used by the forum, but placing it in your address book will allow messages from that address to pass through most spam filters.
